Overview
These terms apply to all services provided by Rudolph Hauling LLC ("we," "us," "our") to you, the customer. By booking a job with us, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide junk removal, yard cleanup, hauling, and limb removal services in the Lee's Summit, MO metro area. All jobs are quoted before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if the actual scope of work differs from what was described. We will communicate any changes before proceeding. We do not add hidden fees after the job is done.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in legal action to recover the amount owed plus any associated costs.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled job may be subject to a fee to cover our time and travel.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring we have legal access to the property and items being removed. By booking a job, you confirm that you own or have authorization to dispose of the items involved. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from unauthorized disposal of items.
Job Documentation
We may photograph job sites and materials before and after work for documentation and quality purposes. These photos are kept for our records and are not shared publicly.
Property Damage
We take care with every job. If we cause damage to your property during a job, notify us immediately and we will work to make it right. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items not disclosed before the job, or damage to areas we were not authorized to access.
Any damage claims must be reported within 14 days of job completion. Claims not reported within this window may be waived.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Hazardous Materials
We do not haul hazardous materials including but not limited to: chemicals, paint, asbestos, medical waste, or flammable materials. If hazardous materials are discovered on the job, we reserve the right to stop work without refund.
SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing your phone number to Rudolph Hauling LLC through our website, chat widget, or any other channel, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us about your inquiry, quote, scheduled job, and related customer support. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and any active job.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all text messages sent and received.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will be handled in Jackson County, Missouri.
